Make-Up Exams And Objection To Exam Results

Make-up Exam: Students who cannot attend exams due to health problems are obliged to submit a valid health report to the School within three working days after the date of the relevant exam. The submitted reports are evaluated by the Director of School, and students with a valid excuse are given the chance to take the make-up exam. However, no make-up exam is administered for the English Proficiency Exam.

Objection to Exam Results: Preparatory Class students have the right to object to their grades within three working days following the announcement of the exam results. Students who want to object to the results of the exams administered during the semester submit a petition to the School of Foreign Languages. As for the objection to the English Proficiency Exam results, a petition must be submitted to Student Affairs.
