(2)    Students who have obtained the required score by participating in the equivalent exams in test centers outside the University can apply to the Student Affairs Directorate for preparatory class exemption with their petitions and exam result documents.

(3)    Only the TOEFL exams taken in the buildings of public universities will be accepted from students who want to be exempted from the preparatory class by taking the TOEFL IBT exam.

(4)    In determining the validity period of external exam equivalence documents, provisions of Regulations on Foreign Language Teaching in Higher Education Institutions and the Principles to be followed in Foreign Language Teaching published in the Official Gazette dated 23/3/2016 and numbered 29662 will be taken into consideration.
